ISIDORES COLLEGE, ROME* In the spring of the minister general of the Observant Friars Minor requested Father Luke Wadding, then at the friary of San Pietro in Montorio, to accept the unfinished church and small friary on the Pincian Hill which Spanish friars had built in honour of the newly canonized St Isidore of Madrid.
